Agustí Peraita began his career as a coach in Catalan teams such as C.F. Damm, Sabadell, Europe and after his great work in the lower categories, Fc Barcelona incorporated him into their ranks in 2015, performing the functions of 

  Director of the Barça Academy of Sao Paulo in Brazil.
 Coach of the U16 and U18 teams of the residential program of players that the club has in USA (Arizona).
 Coach of the Barça Football School at the Mini Estadi headquarters. Categories Sub10 and Sub12.
 Punctual collaborations with the department of Scouting for the market of Brazil.
 Occasional collaborations in research projects and knowledge creation in the methodology department of the club.
Currently working as an assistant coach and analyst of the U16 Chinese team.
