Álvaro Panedas, currently in charge of the methodology department of the Real Valladolid C.F. quarry, began his career within the discipline of the U.D. South, while completing his studies at CAFYD.

He then moved to Unionistas de Salamanca C.F., where Alvaro has spent 5 years in various roles as tactical analyst for the 1st team, coordinator of 11-a-side soccer and technical director of the club. Since this summer he has been responsible for the training process of the Real Valladolid C.F. base.

The intention of Real Valladolid C.F. is to be a youth club that trains players and people in an integral way, with the objective of nurturing more and more a First Team from and for Valladolid, so he puts all his attention on the process as the key to success.
