Andro Fistoníc is undoubtedly one of those talents with regard to training and knowledge about the game. Andre started his career as a coach in the youth categories of GNK Dinamo as an assistant coach for three years.

After his great work as an assistant coach he signed as the first coach of FC Koln in Germany in the U-17 stage.

But it is in 2019 when the director of the academy of Hajduk Split wanted to incorporate Andro’s talent to the bases of his academy, being nowadays one of the pillars in the development of the teams of his club.
