Javier Rabanal is a young coach from Tenerife , who after his time in regional and grassroots soccer, where he excelled in the CD Laguna, decided to undertake the adventure of training far away from the island.

So, after a first experience in Canada, Rabanal took the lead to go to China to enroll in the LEYI Academy, which serves both public and private schools, in addition to having its own soccer academy.

After his great work, one of the teams with more projection in Holland, Willem II decided to contract his services for the formation of his academy. Currently he is the head of methodology and development generating a differential style in all the teams of the club.
