José Silva Caparros, currently assistant coach of Orlando City B, began his adventure on the bench in 2015 at Lindenwood University. After three years, Sima de Aguilas set about incorporating him as first coach in their youth teams.

In 2018, one of the most important clubs in MLS took on Jose’s services to coach the lower divisions of their great academy project.  

Within the club, Jose has been the director of methodology, coach in the U-13 and U-15 stages doing a great job that has led him to be in the Orlando City branch team.
