Toni Hernandez is the current director of methodology of Sima ( SIMA Aguilas was a soccer team from the United States that played in the Premier Development League, the third division of soccer in the country).
After his beginnings in Hurricane Valencia and his great work as a coach, he took the possibility of joining the ranks of Valencia CF where he spent more than 5 years working as head of methodology.
To share my passion for soccer, as an element of development/education of people/players. In love with ¨diversificación of talento¨. Leading through sharing goals, empathy and emotion as the basis of the process.
